exclusively to meeting the human resources needs of the nonprofit community. Founded in 2000, our senior
partners bring high-quality, real-world experience
to nonprofit organizations in the areas of benefits, compensation,
policy development, employee relations, performance management,
staffing and recruitment, and organizational development.
Created in 2003, our staffing division,
Nonprofit Staffing Solutions, provides temporary staffing, direct hire, and
executive search services to nonprofit organizations of all sizes.
Like this site, we bridge the worlds of job seekers and employers,
but at the local level.
