WorkforNonprofits.org is here because nonprofits kept showing up, and mission driven professionals kept answering the call. Through every busy season, every hard year, and every hiring push, you kept moving the mission forward, and this platform helped connect the right people to the right work.
From interns to executives, nonprofit hiring is a niche unlike any other. It takes heart, resilience, and people who genuinely care.
So this milestone doesn’t belong to us...
It belongs to you.
The last 20 years have had plenty of ups and downs
