Skills to Demonstrate:

Strong communication skills with clients and team members; a desire to learn and grow; creativity and critical thinking in problem-solving; excellent organization and curiosity; strong architectural and technical aptitude; and a collaborative, proactive, “can-do” approach. The role will include direct interaction with clients and close collaboration with firm Principals across multiple projects.

A successful candidate will be comfortable with travel to sites across the west for assessment and project related work, performing field investigations in both indoor and outdoor environments and working at heights from aerial lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.
