Associate AD for Compliance

As a member of NCAA Division I, Patriot League, and CAA, the university must ensure compliance with the associations’ rules and regulations. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive NCAA Division I, Patriot League, CAA, Virginia State, and institutional compliance program for W&M Athletics. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, implementing, facilitating, overseeing and evaluating all facets of the Athletics Compliance Program, which includes but is not limited to: eligibility and financial aid certification; graduation data and academic progress reporting; and monitoring and educating student-athletes, coaches, and administrators
