
The Senior Director of Technology Client Services serves as the senior operational and strategic leader for all client-facing technology support at Columbia Business School. The role involves designing and implementing a modern, tiered client services model (including self-service and AI-assisted support), leading team transformation during organizational change, overseeing academic/multimedia technologies, and managing vendor/asset portfolios. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; 7-9 years of progressive experience in IT client services or end-user support, including at least 5 years in a management role. Demonstrated experience redesigning help desk operations and implementing tiered support/ITSM platforms, strong people leadership and change management skills, knowledge of modern support tooling (ITSM, AI-assisted tools), and excellent communication skills. Preferred: Higher education experience, familiarity with academic/classroom AV technologies, and ITIL certification.
