Location: Remote (Hillsborough County, Florida) | Frequent Travel Required Throughout the Service Area

Pay: Salary will be between $63,000 to $66,000 per year (and based on experience in that range)

Work schedule: Flexibility needed, some evenings may be required

Easterseals Florida is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Incredible Years® Program, an evidence-based parenting and family support program. While this position is primarily remote, significant travel is required to program locations, community partner sites, outreach events, staff observations, meetings, and training activities throughout the service area.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys both program management and community engagement and is comfortable spending substantial time in the field supporting staff, building partnerships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the Incredible Years® Program

· Supervise, coach, and support a remote team

· Travel regularly to observe program sessions, support staff, and ensure program quality

· Coordinate staffing and provide direct program coverage when needed

· Develop and maintain community partnerships and referral relationships

· Lead community outreach and represent Easterseals Florida at meetings and events

· Monitor program outcomes, compliance, reporting, and documentation

· Oversee program expenditures and support budget compliance

Qualifications

· Bilingual English/Spanish

· Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field

· Experience managing programs and supervising staff

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Experience in community-based services, family services, behavioral health, early childhood, or related programs

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and use program databases, electronic documentation systems, and virtual meeting platforms

· Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned service area

· Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)

· Experience managing grant-funded programs

· Experience with parenting, family support, or early childhood programs

Travel Requirement: This position requires frequent travel to program sites, community partner locations, meetings, outreach events, and training activities. Candidates should be comfortable with regular travel as part of their weekly schedule.
