Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Inc. (PPWI) is the largest reproductive health care provider in Wisconsin, a role it has held since its founding in 1935. The organization operates 24 health centers across the state, serving over 60,000 patients annually with comprehensive, confidential, and affordable care. Its clinical services span birth control, STD testing and treatment, HIV prevention (including PrEP and PEP), gender-affirming hormone therapy, abortion services, cancer screenings, and general reproductive health care. The organization provides care regardless of a patient's gender or ability to pay.
Beyond direct patient services, PPWI runs sexuality education programs delivering medically accurate information to young adults, teens, parents, and community partners. It also maintains a public affairs and advocacy program focused on advancing policies that expand access to family planning, reproductive health care, and evidence-based sex education in schools.
