We are seeking a UX Manager to define, lead, and elevate the user experience across our platforms and products.

Because design isn’t just how it looks.

It’s how it works—and how it feels.

The Role

This role is responsible for owning the user experience strategy and design direction across the organization.

You will define UX standards, guide design decisions, and ensure all user experiences are intuitive, cohesive, and aligned with user needs.

You are not just designing interfaces.

This role operates at the intersection of design, product, and strategy, ensuring every experience delivers clarity, usability, and impact.

What You’ll Own

UX Strategy & Vision

  • * Define and execute the overall UX strategy

  • Establish a clear experience direction across platforms

User-Centered Design Leadership

  • * Champion user-centered design principles
  • Ensure all design decisions are grounded in

  • Accessibility
  • Advocate for the user across all teams

UX Standards & Design Consistency

  • * Establish design standards and guidelines
  • Ensure consistency across
  • Platforms
  • Products
  • Features
  • Build and maintain design systems (as applicable)

UX Research & Insights

  • * Define approach to
  • User research
  • Feedback collection
  • Usability testing
  • Translate insights into actionable design improvements

Design Direction & Oversight

  • * Guide UX/UI designers in
  • Wireframes
  • Prototypes
  • Final designs
  • Provide feedback and direction to ensure quality and alignment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • * Partner with
  • Product teams
  • Developers
  • UX Project Manager
  • Ensure alignment between

Experience Quality & Usability

  • * Ensure all deliverables meet high usability standards
  • Identify and resolve UX issues

Team Leadership & Development

  • * Lead and mentor UX designers
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support
  • Foster a collaborative and creative design culture

Stakeholder Alignment

  • * Communicate UX strategy and decisions clearly
  • Align stakeholders on experience direction
  • Advocate for UX priorities

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • * Identify opportunities to improve user experience
  • Stay current on UX trends and best practices
  • Introduce new approaches to enhance design quality

Qualifications

Required

  • * 4–6 years of experience in
  • UX design
  • Product design
  • User experience strategy
  • Strong understanding of
  • UX principles
  • User-centered design
  • Usability and accessibility

Preferred

  • * Experience building or managing design systems
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Experience in remote teams

Commitment

  • * 10–15 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule (with collaboration across teams)
  • Participation in design and strategy discussions required
  • Fully remote
