Membership and Programs Coordinator | Tennessee Association for Home Care
Nashville, The Tennessee Association for Home Care (TAHC) is seeking a highly organized, proactive Membership and Programs Coordinator to lead membership recruitment efforts, support member engagement and retention, coordinate educational programs and events, and assist with association operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, marketing programs, coordinating events, and managing multiple projects. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, comfort with technology and AI tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Occasional travel is required for conferences, meetings, and other TAHC events.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead membership recruitment efforts, including developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members and re-engage lapsed members.
Build relationships with prospective and current members and promote the value of TAHC membership.
Manage membership renewals, communications, records, and invoicing.
Coordinate conferences, workshops, webinars, and other educational programs, including speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, registration, and event logistics.
Develop marketing materials, email campaigns, and other communications promoting membership, programs, and events.
Actively manage TAHC's social media presence and maintain a consistent organizational voice.
Maintain and update TAHC's website, membership database, and other digital platforms.
Use AI and other technology tools to increase productivity and enhance communications, marketing, and administrative processes.
Track membership and program data, prepare reports, and support committees and volunteers.
Respond professionally and promptly to member and stakeholder inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
