Project Overview

We are forming a new affordable‑housing nonprofit organization operating in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas, modeled on mission‑driven developers such as Habitat for Humanity. The organization will raise $500,000+ annually and develop affordable housing communities (including 120‑unit and 308‑unit projects). Scope of Work
