National Training Director

Advance Peace is seeking a dynamic, experienced National Training Director to lead the development and delivery of our Community Violence Intervention (CVI) training programs. This role is central to strengthening CVI organizations and their workforce nationwide, and to positioning Advance Peace as a leading voice in the national CVI field. The National Training Director will build out Advance Peace's national training infrastructure — curricula, certification standards, evaluation tools, and trainer networks — while serving as the organization's Senior Trainer.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in violence interruption, crisis response, and training program development, along with the credibility to represent Advance Peace among CVI leaders nationally. Responsibilities include designing and leading the national CVI training platform, serving as Senior Trainer, developing assessment tools, managing national training staff, and representing Advance Peace at national forums.
