HR Intern: Gain Experience, Earn Academic Credit, Make a Difference!
Ready to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Are you a college student looking to gain real-world experience, earn internship credit, and put what you're learning in the classroom into practice? If you're eager to learn, passionate about working with people, and excited to build your HR skills, we'd love to meet you!
At Agate, our HR Internship is all about learning by doing. You'll get hands-on exposure to a variety of HR Generalist responsibilities, contribute to real projects, and discover how Human Resources helps an organization thrive. From supporting recruitment and onboarding to exploring employee engagement, benefits, and training, you'll have the opportunity to experience different sides of HR while building skills you can take with you into your future career.
Think of this as your opportunity to explore HR, build your resume, and discover where your career could take you! We'll work with you to tailor your learning experience to your interests, professional goals, and academic requirements.
Best of all, your experience will be connected to a mission that matters.
Learn HR. Build Your Resume. Make an Impact.
Agate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness and relieving hunger through action and advocacy. We provide emergency services, shelter, and housing programs for individuals and families because we believe housing is a basic human right.

We encourage applicants with lived experience to apply. Anyone who has not received services from Agate within the last two years is welcome to apply.
