AIDS Community Care Montreal (ACCM) is Quebec's only HIV and sexual health community organization dedicated to serving English-speaking and allophone communities. Operating for 38 years on a volunteer-driven and community-led model, ACCM works to improve the quality of life of people living with or affected by HIV and hepatitis C, eliminate the stigma surrounding these infections, and prevent their transmission. Rooted firmly in the GIPA, MIPA and MEPA principles, the organization ensures the meaningful involvement of individuals living with HIV across all levels of decision-making.
Through a holistic approach to well-being, ACCM delivers innovative education for prevention, compassionate peer support, treatment navigation, food security initiatives, and specialized programming tailored to diverse groups, including youth, newcomers, queer and trans individuals, and aging long-term survivors.
POSITION: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week. Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus three hours on Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends are required for events. The role reports to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors.
