Ballinger | Leafblad is honored to partner withCatholic Charities Twin Cities on the search for its next Chief Advancement Officer.

For more than 150 years, Catholic Charities Twin Cities (CCTC) has walked alongside the region’s most vulnerable neighbors. Today, it is one of the largest social service providers in Minnesota, serving more than 25,000 people each year through 22 programs at 11 sites. CCTC delivers affordable housing, emergency shelter, nutritious meals, mental health care, addiction resources, and more to children, families, and adults, regardless of faith, background, identity, or circumstance.

The ideal candidate is a proven, relationship-driven fundraiser and team builder with experience leading large-scale fundraising efforts, a disciplined approach to data, and a genuine connection to CCTC’s mission.

This is a hybrid role based at CCTC’s Minneapolis headquarters, with availability for evenings and weekends as needed for donor meetings, site visits, and events. Candidates must live in the Twin Cities area or be willing to relocate.
