Donor and Systems Associate

The Donor and Systems Associate owns the donor’s experience behind the scenes. Every gift is recorded accurately, every donor is thanked promptly and personally, and every donor’s intent and preferences are honored. DonorPerfect is the tool; a donor who feels known and respected is the goal.

The role supports BEF’s mission to connect community and classrooms. This is a part-time, hybrid position reporting to the Executive Director. You will join a team of professionals in development, communications, grant writing, graphic design, external accounting, and crowdfunding.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with gift processing and DonorPerfect, including integrations with affiliated platforms such as Constant Contact and social media, plus comfort with administrative support. You are exceedingly well organized, work independently with little supervision, and enjoy building systems for a growing nonprofit.
