The Program Director (PD) owns Breakthrough Houston’s College Bound Program—the four years of after-school and out-of-school-time programming that carry our students from 9th grade to college enrollment. The PD will lead the College Bound team to deliver high-impact programs and outcomes across several areas of responsibility, including program leadership, people leadership, community partnerships, student support, and cross-team leadership.
