School Recovery Coordinator Position Begins December 2026
Annunciation is a Preschool-8th grade Catholic school in the heart of southwest Minneapolis. We are Minnesota’s only Catholic, International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme school. Our mission is to foster each child’s potential to create a better world through faith, virtue, knowledge, and service to others. Serving students and families since 1923, we currently serve over 350 students ages 3-14. After a mass shooting on August 27, 2025, we have been on a journey of recovery in partnership with the Washburn Center for Children, our wider Annunciation Parish community, and our families striving to move forward toward healing and wholeness. This position is vital for continuing this work.
Description
This School Recovery Coordinator position will work with leadership and other recovery partners serving as the school community's primary point of contact for recovery-related questions, resources and referrals for school parents and school staff. This role monitors and responds to recovery related inquiries, answers questions about how financial supports work, helps families and staff access mental health services and concrete supports, assists families with applications for financial assistance and community resources alongside families, and serves as a connector for local, state and federal resources.
