SUMMARY: Provide direct support and counseling to adults in transitional group-home housing, promoting independent living skills, personal growth, and stability while assisting with medications, crisis response, transportation, documentation, and maintaining a safe living environment.

AVAILABLE SHIFT:

• Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Sunday: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health, social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, nursing, or a related discipline; OR a combination of one or more years of college plus work or life experience together equaling four years; OR a High School diploma and four years of related mental health experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.
• One year of mental health experience, preferred.
