Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys helping people build independence, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful goals? We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join our team!

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work with individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and strategies they need to participate in everyday activities. You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs, abilities, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and established goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, strength, and independence.
• Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate clients, families, caregivers, and other members of the care team regarding treatment plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
• Follow applicable professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Current MN Occupational Therapy license
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently.
• Previous TCU or LTC clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply if appropriate for the role.
