Bilingual Early Steps Family Coordinator- Deland

Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Service Coordinator (FSC) to support families of young children eligible for IDEA, Part C services through our North Beaches Early Steps program. The FSC plays a vital role in empowering families, helping them understand their child's strengths, needs, and available supports, and serving as the central point of contact from the start to the end of their Early Steps journey. The role involves providing ongoing service coordination, conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Family Support Plans (IFSPs), and assisting families with transitions and resources.
