Director, Accreditation and Compliance - School of Medicine

Emory University's School of Medicine seeks a Director, Accreditation and Compliance to lead accreditation efforts across multiple programs. Reporting to the Executive Administrator and Executive Dean for Medical Education, the Director will ensure the School of Medicine (SOM) meets and maintains standards across its accredited programs.

This position requires residency in the state of Georgia and offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain current knowledge of accreditation requirements across multiple accrediting bodies (ARC-PA, APTA, CAAHEP, GCE, JRCERT, SSH, and SACSCOC).
• Coordinate submissions for new program proposals and curriculum modifications.
• Oversee accreditation site visits and related logistics.
• Develop and maintain accreditation dashboards to track compliance status.
• Ensure quality assurance and ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in higher education accreditation or applied data analysis.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
