Full-Time Position

FortySeven Main is a small, working residential community for adult men navigating mental health challenges. This isn’t a clinical setting in the traditional sense. It’s a real household where people live, work, cook, build things, and take part in daily life together.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

What the work looks like

Staff work alongside residents in the natural rhythm of the household. That includes conversations and check-ins, cooking meals together, helping with household responsibilities, and taking part in projects such as outdoor work, carpentry, and other day-to-day activities.

A big part of the job is simply being present, paying attention, and building relationships. Staff help support structure and routine, notice when something feels off, and respond calmly and practically.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Start and end times may vary depending on daily needs and activities. Thursday and some weekend availability are especially helpful.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is grounded, observant, dependable, and comfortable around people. You should be able to take initiative, use good judgment, and work as part of a small team.

Experience in mental health or residential settings is helpful, but it isn’t required.

What you’ll gain
