Are you an experienced human services professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, solving complex problems, and helping people achieve long-term stability?

Upper Valley Haven is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our supportive housing team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a focused caseload of 15 households living in our A Way Home Permanent Supportive Housing program in White River Junction, Vermont.
