Director of Annual Giving and Philanthropy

The Director of Annual Giving and Philanthropy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow philanthropic support for Fresh Start through annual giving, donor stewardship, donor engagement, tax credit fundraising, donor societies, and community fundraising initiatives. This position manages a portfolio of annual giving donors and prospects, leads donor retention and acquisition efforts, and plays a key role in strengthening donor relationships and increasing philanthropic investment.
