The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation is looking for a Donor Data Quality & Records Associate who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and creating efficient processes behind the scenes. In this role, you'll be the champion of data integrity, helping maintain and improve the systems that support our philanthropic work throughout the Kansas City community. You'll work across CRM platforms, reports, workflows, and business applications to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Managing and maintaining CRM data and fund records

Conducting data quality reviews and cleanup projects

Supporting reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics

Troubleshooting data and workflow issues

Testing system enhancements and new functionality

Collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver exceptional service and support
