Human Resources Manager

JCCGCI is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the agency’s mission by providing strategic and hands-on human resources support across multiple programs. This position is responsible for managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation and HR operations, while ensuring alignment with JCCGCI’s mission, values, nonprofit best practices, and applicable employment laws. The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted HR partner, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace and ensuring consistent HR practices throughout the organization.
