Vision: At KUMC, our vision is lived out through four guiding priorities. These aren’t just statements—they’re invitations to a way of life:
Live With Purpose We encourage one another to live intentionally, rooted in faith and guided by the teachings of Jesus. Whether through worship, study, service, or fellowship, we seek to grow spiritually and make meaningful contributions to the world around us.
Change Lives Through LifeBridge: Developed from a passion to build deeper relationships with members of the community and to find ways to partner with individuals in the long-term work to transform their lives and break cycles of poverty. LifeBridge offers financial education, a low cost food market and clothing closet, financial grants and heart-to-heart tutoring.
Invite the Community In: We open our doors wide to welcome all who seek connection, belonging, and spiritual renewal. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or returning after a season away, you’ll find a place here to be known, loved, and supported.
Meet the Community Outside the Walls: Our faith compels us to go beyond Sunday mornings and church buildings. We actively engage with our neighbors, partnering with local organizations, responding to needs, and showing up with compassion wherever we’re called.
