Looking for a job where you can make a real difference every day? As a Direct Care Worker at LSS, you’ll support people with identified needs as they pursue their hopes, dreams, and goals through personcentered care. LSS is currently hiring Direct Care Workers throughout Minnesota!

Direct Support Professional (DSP):

Pay:

• DSP payranges from $16-18/hour, pay rate is dependent on location
• Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase of an additional$ .50/hour.
• Some locations offer Hiring Bonuses*

Shifts:

• We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time.
• Have options for overnights, day, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications:

• No education requirements.
• No previous experience required.
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check. Not required for overnight shifts!
• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.

Positive Support Specialist:

Pay:

• Positive Support Specialist ranges from $19-22/hour, pay rate is dependent on location
• Some locations offer Hiring Bonuses*

Shifts:

• We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time.

Qualifications:

• One year of working with individuals with maladaptive behavioral history and knowledge of behavior management techniques preferred.
• One year of CRS, 245D, or SCS experience.
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.

Work Environment:

• Residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people with identified needs
