Become part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. Seeking a 35 hour a week home visitor to focus on building family strengths through parent education, anticipatory guidance & coaching in response to each family’s needs & learning styles. Also supports participants with developing and implementing a plan to attain educational and employment goals; identifying and resolving barriers to achieving the planned goals.
