High School Program Assistant

Partnership for the Advancement and Immersion of Refugees (PAIR) equips refugee youth to navigate American society, reach their academic potential, and become community leaders through educational mentoring programs. PAIR works with newcomers from shortly after their arrival in the United States, through high school graduation and beyond. PAIR is seeking a Program Assistant (PA) to support after-school programs that build academic and life skills, high school and/or college readiness, social and emotional skill development, and cultural orientation. This PA will be assigned to Sharpstown High School and Wisdom High School in the Gulfton neighborhood of Houston for the 2026-27 school year.
