Director of Resource Development

TND is hiring a full-time, hybrid Director of Resource Development to lead our fundraising and communications. This position offers the chance to work within a creative and successful community-based organization focused on housing justice and economic mobility. The Director will oversee a team responsible for funding research, grant writing, donor stewardship, managing contracts, and leading communication efforts.
