Finance Director

Trees, Water & People (TWP) was founded in 1998 to help communities protect, conserve and manage their natural resources. In our 28 years we’ve delivered on that mission by supporting Indigenous communities and organizations across the western U.S., through Mexico, and into Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras. TWP is looking for our next Finance Director – a critical administrative role that interacts with every part of the organization. This position will manage a comprehensive financial system, drive high-quality financial practices and make sure all financial needs of the organization are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy working relationships with a geographically and culturally diverse team, with advanced knowledge of accounting, budget development, financial reporting, and nonprofit grant accounting.
