Preservation experience is welcome—but it isn’t everything.
We’re seeking a great architect who aspires to become an exceptional preservation architect. BSA offers opportunities to develop deep expertise in preservation, such as:
Historic Building Investigation • Rehabilitation and Adaptive Reuse • National Register & Tax Credit Projects • Traditional Building Materials • Existing-Building Assessment • Preservation Planning • Community-Based Design • Construction Administration.
We also embrace digital documentation and emerging technologies, including 3D scanning, as part of our work.
A chance to come home.
We especially welcome architects with Mississippi or small-town roots—including MSU graduates and professionals who have built their careers elsewhere. This position is located in our office in Eupora, Mississippi.
Why BSA?
BSA is a preservation-focused practice devoted to buildings and places that matter to their communities. Our architects are investigators, historians, designers, problem-solvers, advocates, and project leaders. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a key role in the firm, with opportunities to lead significant preservation and rehabilitation projects across Mississippi and the Southeast.
