The Human Resources Director serves as a human resources generalist, overseeing CYC’s human resources functions and ensuring effective and compliant approaches to employee management. This role provides leadership, oversight, and ensures best practices in HR compliance, employment laws, employee benefits, payroll, employee relations, safety management, and hiring processes. This position focuses on people, culture, and systems to foster a values-driven environment that supports staff and AmeriCorps members to thrive.
