Reading Corps Program Manager

The Reading Corps Program Manager is responsible for cultivating a strong Reading Corps program culture that is fully integrated into CYC’s culture and identity. This position guides the direction of the program while ensuring adherence to funding regulations, supervises Reading Corps Coaching Specialists, and manages partnerships with schools and districts. The role also includes overseeing the onboarding and support of members, program management, and contributing to an inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization’s values.
