Volunteer Services Manager

Drive a Senior is seeking a relationship-driven and highly organized Volunteer Services Manager to lead our volunteer program and create exceptional mission-driven experiences for the volunteers who make our mission possible. The Manager oversees the full volunteer experience—from recruitment and onboarding through training, engagement, retention, recognition, and long-term relationship building. This position also develops community partnerships, leads volunteer communications and programs, and analyzes volunteer needs throughout our service area. The Manager supervises the Volunteer Coordinator and works closely with staff across the organization to ensure volunteers are prepared, supported, appreciated, and meaningfully connected to Drive a Senior's mission.
