• Historic Research on buildings.
• Writing narratives or creating graphics for preservation planning documents.
• Condition Assessments/Fieldwork.
• Revit production of construction documents for primarily rehabilitation projects.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and proposals including graphics and renderings.
• Construction Administration Services during construction.

Our client portfolio includes federal, state and municipal entities as well as private clients and non-profits. The work ranges from the rehabilitation of historic campus buildings, theaters, fortifications and historic house museums. LAS offers both planning and design services.
