Grantmaking Project Manager

We envision our staff as a fully collaborative team in service to our mission. Social Justice Fund’s grants program consists of democratic decision-making processes, including Grant panels and Giving Projects – a participatory, community-based approach to fundraising and grantmaking. This position will lead facilitation of annual grant panels, support implementation of giving projects, and lead related programming across the Grantmaking & Impact Department. Responsibilities include recruitment and outreach, networking, and relationship-building, curriculum development, skilled facilitation, and support for donor organizing workshops.
