Spectrum Youth & Family Services is seeking a Director of Human Resources to help support the dedicated staff who make our mission possible. In this role, you’ll oversee key human resources functions, including payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and professional development, while helping create a positive and welcoming workplace for our team.
As a member of Spectrum’s Leadership Circle, you’ll work closely with agency leadership to strengthen policies, support employees throughout their careers, and help shape a workplace where staff can thrive.
