Volunteer Events Coordinator

The Dragonfly Project - a Twin Cities based 501(c)(3) organization - is seeking an Events Coordinator (volunteer position) to help coordinate events for our 25th anniversary year in 2027, as well as some other occasional events. This position will mainly involve working with the Executive Director, Anniversary Committee and Social Media Coordinator to book venues, arrange posts on social media, recruit volunteers, etc. This position will require occasional in person attendance at events, so applicants must reside in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. College students will be considered if they will be in the twin cities all of 2027. Volunteer must have access to a vehicle for transportation to events (which will only be 3 or 4 times). Mileage reimbursement is available. This position will require 2-4 hours most months, occasionally a bit more, especially July 2027.
