3 Directors of Development

Bryant Group is proud to partner on a resourceful™ engagement with The University of Arizona Foundation for three Directors of Development.

These three Directors will serve as major gift fundraisers, securing gifts in support of one of the following units: the College of Science, the Eller College of Management or the College of Medicine – Tucson. Each Director is embedded within their academic unit, serving as a leadership partner to department heads, center directors and administrators on fundraising priorities and collaborating with college leadership on new initiatives with specific fundraising goals. Directors also develop personalized strategies for individual, corporate and foundation prospects; partner with campus-based development teams and central Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (PAE) resources; and represent the University and PAE at public events.

The ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Fundraising experience in higher education and knowledge of comprehensive donor databases are preferred. All Directors bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, strong organization and initiative and the flexibility to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
