Senior Talent Experience Consultant

UTHealth Houston is the University of Texas academic health institution in the Texas Medical Center, with programs in healthcare education, research and patient care.

The Senior Talent Experience Consultant leads recruiting for a mixed portfolio of professional and classified positions alongside executive-level leadership searches. The role works directly with department leaders as a recruiting advisor and uses market data and workforce analytics to shape hiring plans.

The work covers full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing strategy and interview design through offer strategy and negotiation. The consultant holds regular business reviews with departments, advises hiring teams on equitable interviewing and compliant hiring, contributes to succession and workforce planning, and mentors other recruiters on complex searches.

Requirements are a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience and at least four years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting. The position is security-sensitive under Texas law, and employees must live and work in Texas.

UTHealth Houston pays 100% of medical premiums for full-time employees and offers about 37 to 38 days a year of combined holidays, vacation and sick time, longevity pay after two years of service, and a retirement plan.
