Operations Advocate Lead

The Fort Bend Women’s Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Operations Advocate Lead to provide day-to-day leadership and operational support within our Emergency Shelter. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting the safety, stability, and effective daily operation of the shelter while supervising and developing the Operations Advocate (OA) team. The Operations Advocate Lead serves as a role model for trauma-informed, survivor-centered care and provides guidance to staff during routine operations, challenging situations, and crisis response.
