Rapid Resolution Navigator (Grant Funded)

The Rapid Resolution Navigator helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability identify and overcome immediate barriers to safe housing. Through mobile engagement, housing problem-solving, short-term financial assistance, and coordinated referrals, the Navigator supports timely, documented housing resolutions. This position focuses on immediate solutions and warm handoffs rather than ongoing case management.
