Resident Manager

We are seeking a spiritually mature woman or retired couple with a heart for service and a passion for helping women and children build new lives. This is a full-time position with benefits, serving as one of two Resident Managers who hold the weekday house at the Opportunity Village, our residential program for women and children. On-site residence is provided during the weekday block (a tiny house is provided for this purpose). Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and Monday through Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with overnight stays required on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. In exchange, your weekend runs Thursday through Sunday, every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and support to residents, upholding the guidelines of the Opportunity Village program and the Dream Center's Core Values

• Transport residents and children to work, school, and daycare using a 12-passenger van (morning and evening runs)

• Administer resident medications and log them accurately; complete a daily report after each shift

• Support the midday life of the house — sick-child pickups, childcare assistance, and program activities

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment, and help lead morning devotions that encourage residents in their walk with Christ

Requirements:

• A vibrant Christian faith and active involvement in a local church, with references; must read and agree with the Dream Center's Core Values

• Love and enjoy working with children

• Valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to operate a 12-passenger van

• Must be able to reside on site Monday through Thursday, including the designated overnight stays

• A heart for ministry and a lifestyle reflecting spiritual maturity

• Prefer 3 years of experience in direct client relationships or related supervision
