Supported Employment Case Manager

Functional Industries is seeking a dedicated and motivated Supported Employment Case Manager to join our team!

In this rewarding role, you will help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals by providing person-centered support, individualized planning, and ongoing employment services. The Supported Employment Case Manager works closely with individuals, employers, and community partners to maintain meaningful employment, promote independence, and support long-term success in competitive, integrated employment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals and their support teams
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and ability to travel locally
• Required background and driving record clearances
